FEATHER BARON, is an attorney with Phillips, Erlewine & Given LLP, emphasizing both transactional and litigation matters. Prior to joining the firm, Feather was an extern for the Hon. Leslie J. Tchaikovsky of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of California.

Feather graduated from University of California at Berkeley with a B.A. in political science and received her law degree cum laude from the University of San Francisco. Feather was a member of the USF Law Review and author of "The Non-Dischargeability of Student Loans in Bankruptcy: How the Prevailing Undue Hardship Test Creates Hardship of Its Own."
