R. SCOTT "RANDY" ERLEWINE, Partner and co-founder of Phillips, Erlewine & Given LLP, handles trial and appellate litigation.  Randy has over 25 years experience representing clients principally in employment, insurance bad faith, commercial and tort litigation.  Randy was selected as a Super Lawyer in the 2009 list of Northern California Super Lawyers, an honor given to the top 5% of attorneys practicing in Northern California.

Randy has achieved multiple seven figure verdicts and settlements on behalf of plaintiff executives, managers and other employees and policyholders, and has a proven track record defending national employers in all aspects of employment litigation.  Randy also has substantial experience in prosecuting anti-piracy actions against counterfeit merchandisers.

Randy graduated with honors from the University of California at Davis and received his law degree from University of California Hastings College of The Law. Randy has been featured in an article of Los Angeles Daily Journal.
