DAVID C. PHILLIPS brings over 45 years of experience to the practice of law, with nearly 100 jury and bench trials under his belt. David represents clients in a range of matters, including in the music, commercial, insurance, and employment areas. Among other victories, he is generally credited with having obtained one of the largest "bad faith" verdicts in the San Francisco Superior Court against two marine insurance underwriters. David graduated magna cum laude, a member of Phi Beta Kappa, from Williams College and received his law degree from Harvard Law School. |
