facet of the employer/employee relationship, including hiring practices, the establishment of personnel policies to govern employee conduct, discipline, compensation and grievances; questions arising under the Fair
Labor Standards Act; issues such as sexual harrassment, race and age discrimination in the work place and compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act and Family Medical Leave Act; and layoffs and
