Firm adds new lawyer, with start-up experience

April 12, 2021 - The firm today added Robert Carroll to its staff of associate attorneys.  Robert is a 2013 graduate of Berkeley Law, where he was a member of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. He launched his post-law school career in Silicon Valley as an early stage member of a knowledge management startup focused on intelligent search. He then went to work as an associate at a commercial litigation defense firm, managing a varied caseload of real estate, intellectual property (including copyright infringement and trade secret disputes), unfair competition and class action litigation. Robert’s focus at the firm will be on complex commercial and class action litigation as well as entertainment, technology and intellectual property law.
